Returns & Exchanges
At Ajmal Perfumes India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction; however, due to the personal nature of fragrances, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with the seal intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any damage or discrepancies.
- 2.Quality Verification
Share clear photographs or a short unboxing video of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team validate your claim.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address within 3-5 business days.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment mode or as store credit within 7-10 days.
